These alarms are quite expensive but the linking is very good and very easy - and you can check it is all working by pressing test on any of them and then hearing all the units go off around the house. I am buying an extra one now because one of my six seems to have failed. I need the peace of mind of having these, so am OK about stumping up for another one.
